Cookery courses

Many people appreciate the chance to try their hand in a professional kitchen with professional chefs. We therefore organize cookery evenings at Kaiser's Reblaube in the spring and late summer of each year. Whether you’re a beginner or an amateur chef, you’ll learn a great deal about cooking and food – and, above all, enjoy an evening to remember. Our course covers the following topics:

  • Simple and sophisticated basic preparations for everyday use
  • aking the stress out of cooking for guests
  • Fundamental rules for handling your basic ingredients
  • Hints and tips from the professionals
  • Five-course menu including wine for CHF 280 (max. 12 participants)

You can also invite your friends and other guests to the meal (CHF 150 including wine). For groups of ten or more. Interested?
